Lis Wiehl, an American journalist and legal analyst who used to be a Fox News analyst.
She was previously an associate professor of law in Law School at the University of Washington Law School. She's provided legal commentaries for National Public Radio and Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor. She's been on The O'Reilly Factor and Your World With Neil Cavuto. The Kelly File is a show with Megyn Kelly Lou Dobbs and Megyn Kelly, and The Imus Morning Shows.
Wiehl was raised in Yakima and attended West Valley High School. She received her degree from Barnard College with a Bachelor's degree in 1983. In 1985, she was awarded her master of Arts Degree in Literature at the University of Queensland. And in 1987 she was awarded an Juris Doctorate degree from Harvard Law School.
Wiehl served as prosecutor in the US Attorney's Office. She worked as the legal correspondent for NPR All Things Considered. She was the Chief Investigator's Counsel for the Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee in Clinton's impeachment. She was a law professor as a tenured professor at University of Washington School of Law Seattle where she managed the Trial Advocacy Program from 1995 to 2001. From 2001 to 2017, Wiehl was an analyst in the field of law for Fox News.
