Simone Biles
Simone Biles was an American gymnast born March 14, 1997 in Columbus, Ohio. Biles is believed to be one of the greatest athletes. Biles was the first American female gymnast in history to have won four gold medals at the same Games. in Rio de Janeiro, she also became the first woman to ever win consecutive World All-Around titles. Biles was born in Spring Texas, in the Houston metropolitan area. She and her sister Adria were adopted by Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles. Simone started to develop an interest in gymnastics when she was when she was six years old during a school field trip to Bannon Gymnastix. Aimee Borman was her coach over the next 11 years. Biles was a winner in the floor and vault exercises at the 2009 Women's Junior Olympic National Championships before becoming an elite competition level in 2011. Biles was a dominant athlete within a mere two years. Biles was notable because of her unstoppable performance exuberant attitude and the level of difficulty that she included throughout each competition--vault bar, uneven bars as well as balance beams and ground exercises.
